After a long day on the rocky section of the Appalachian Trail, my feet felt surprisingly fresh thanks to the light cushioning in these socks—no hotspots at all. The sculpted fit really does hug the arch without feeling tight.

Wore these on a rocky descent and the light cushioning under the ball of my foot took the sting out of every step without feeling bulky. They dried out fast after a creek crossing, which made the rest of the hike way more pleasant than I expected.
